Terms of Service for Streaming Video Usage

INFORMATION FOR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES:

Membership Renewal
Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency Payments: Memberships paid with Bitcoin/cryptocurrency do not renew automatically. When your membership term expires, you'll be sent a renewal notice, along with an offer to receive a discount on your renewal and a free Blu-Ray movie.

Credit Card Payments: The minimum initial term of membership is four months (credit card purchases, excluding 1-month trial membership). For your convenience, your membership renews on a monthly basis (3-month basis for 3-month memberships, 6-month basis for 6-month memberships), and your card will be charged on the renewal date. If your card is declined on a scheduled renewal date, the charge will be re-attempted. We do not store your credit card information. Your information for automatic renewal is safely stored only on the secure SSL servers of our credit card processor - one of the largest and most secure credit card processors in the world. As long as your Membership is active, your Member's Site videos will play without interruption.

Membership Cancellation
You are free to cancel your membership renewal at any time after the initial period of four months. Simply contact us via our Contact Us page - and provide your order number, user ID for the Member's Area, and reason that you'd like to cancel your membership. Your cancellation becomes effective on the next monthly renewal date after we receive your request to cancel. Partial months cannot be refunded, since existing licenses cannot be 'revoked' once installed, and due to our credit card processor. We will e-mail you confirming that we've received your request, and we will cancel the recurring payment and remove your membership, effective on the next monthly renewal date.

By viewing Candid-HD.com content, movies, images, or video clips, you agree to ABIDE BY AND BE BOUND BY the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, do not view or purchase any Candid-HD.com content. Contact us before you access the Member's Area to cancel your order.

2. [FOR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE]  There is NO posting, sharing, or distribution of passwords/login information for Candid-HD.com content, movies, clips, or images on any public or personal web sites, forums, tube sites, blogs, bulletin boards, newsgroups, etc.  Login accesses and bandwidth usage per customer are monitored, and if password/login ID sharing is detected, your account will be deactivated and no refund will be given. Your account will also be charged immediately for the minimum term of membership (4 months) x the monthly price you paid for membership, and you will be blocked from any future purchases at Candid-HD.com.
   
   
3. You may not use any program or application to attempt downloading the Member's Area streaming movies or capturing them for local storage. Please watch all movies via streaming from our Member's Area.  Accounts that are using far higher bandwidth than average or are downloading / attempting to download or capture our streaming movies will be deactivated and the account owner will be contacted.
   
   
4. Posting videos, user IDs, or passwords on public sites: All our video productions and images are copyrighted works and are protected by both U.S. and International copyright law, and registered in the U.S. Copyright office. You may not post, share, or in any other way re-distribute in any format, on Internet sites (including, but not limited to, torrent sites, online forums, blogs, porn sharing sites, tube sites, file locker sites such as Rapidshare, or any other site), ANY Candid-HD.com content including video clips, full movies, or images, or access information for any Candid-HD.com content, such as user names and passwords. Any such copying or sharing of our videos or images, or access information such as user names/passwords, is a direct violation of our copyright, and will be vigorously prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
   
   
5. Bandwidth usage: Our goal is to provide access to all the movies in our Member's Area to all subscribers. In order to meet this goal, we routinely monitor bandwidth usage of all members on the site, to make sure that all members have fair and uninterrupted use of the site. If one member is found to be using excessive bandwidth, far in excess of the average account, that member will be contacted with a warning message about excessive bandwidth usage. If the pattern of excessive bandwidth usage continues, we reserve the right to either temporarily or permanently suspend the member's account, with or without notice. No refund will be given.
   
   
6. System requirements: All streaming movies are provided in Full-HD 1920x1080p resolution, encoded at approx. 5-6Mbps, as well as a lower bandwidth/resolution version of approx. 2Mbps at 768x432 resolution. (Select movies also offer a 1080p 9Mbps version.) A fast Internet connection capable of supporting at least 6Mbps is required for playback without pausing. A computer with at least a dual-core CPU, and video card with hardware acceleration for HD video, is required for optimum playback of the HD videos with no pausing or dropped frames. Refunds will not be given in the event videos do not play properly because they are being played on a system or Internet connection that does not meet or exceed these published minimum system requirements.
   
   
7. [FOR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE] Amount and variety of movies included in Member's Area: The Member's Area is intended to be an INTRODUCTION to the wide variety of HD Naturist Movies that Candid-HD.com produces. Candid-HD.com guarantees that there will be a representative sampling of our HD movie titles in the Member's Area, with a total exceeding 80 full-length HD movies available for immediate streaming. Movies are provided in rotation, with different movies being rotated into and out of the Member's Area each month. Member's Area movies are included from among the list of movies listed on the Membership Catalog Item in our catalog, but it is NOT guaranteed that all movie series shown on the Membership Item will be available for viewing in the Member's Area at any one time. Keeping your membership active every month will enable watching a varied library of Candid-HD.com movie titles. While the Member's Area provides very good HD video quality, for the best possible quality we recommend purchasing movies on Blu-Ray disc.
   
   
8. Excessive bandwidth usage or logins: If we see that your account is using an excessive amount of bandwidth or has an excessive amount of logins under your username/password, this indicates to us that your account information may be being shared or used fraudulently. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to either a). contact you to inform you of excessive account usage and give you 48 hours to correct this, or b). suspend your account immediately.
   
   
9. Shared passwords; logins from multiple IPs or a proxy: If we see that your Membership account (user ID) is accessing our site via multiple IP addresses, this is an indication of possible fraudulent use of your account - either by password sharing or by accessing the site via proxy. User ID/password sharing or posting on any public site or forum is strictly prohibited, and will result in the immediate termination of your account privileges and a permanent block from purchases at Candid-HD.com. We do not allow access to the catalog site or the Member's Area via proxy server, or any other site or means intended to hide the true IP address of the user. If we see your account is accessing the site via multiple IP addresses or proxy, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to either a). contact you to inform you of excessive account usage and give you 48 hours to correct this, or b). suspend your account immediately.
   
   
10. Limits to free Technical Support: Detailed instructions are e-mailed to you immediately after your credit card has been charged, and are also viewable at:
    http://candid-hd.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=page_2#subscription.  Technical Support inquiries requesting assistance for information which is covered in the instructions (link address where to view movies, how to play the streaming movies, system requirements, etc.) or Technical Support in the instance where a customer did not follow the instructions for registering in the Member's area or playing movies, or heed system requirements, will be allowed ONE instance of free Technical Support. After this first free incident, if further Tech Support inquiries/requests are made by the same customer account, Technical Support will be billed to the customer's account, using the credit card provided for the Membership subscription fee, at the rate of $20.00 per incident. Customer will be informed before Tech Support fees are charged that they have used up the allotted free Tech Support requests for their account, and will be offered the option of paid Tech Support for additional Tech Support inquiries.
