INFORMATION FOR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES:
Membership Renewal
The minimum initial term of membership is four months (credit card purchases, excluding 1-month trial membership). For your convenience, your membership renews on a monthly basis (3-month basis for 3-month memberships, 6-month basis for 6-month memberships), and your card will be charged on the renewal date. If your card is declined on a scheduled renewal date, the charge will be re-attempted automatically. We do not store your credit card
information. Your information for automatic renewal is safely stored only on the secure SSL servers of our credit card processor - one of the largest and most secure credit card processors in the world. As long as your Membership is
active, your Member's Site videos will play without interruption. Memberships paid with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies do not automatically renew.
Membership Cancellation
You are free to cancel your membership renewal at any time after the initial
period of four months. Simply contact us via our
Contact Us page - and provide your order number, user ID for the Member's
Area, and reason that you'd like to cancel your membership. Your cancellation
becomes effective on the next monthly renewal date after we receive your request
to cancel. Partial months cannot be refunded, since existing licenses cannot be
'revoked' once installed, and due to our credit card processor. We will e-mail
you confirming that we've received your request, and we will cancel the
recurring payment and remove your membership, effective on the next monthly
renewal date.
