In the Eastern European naturist community, there are several activities that have become 'nudist traditions' over the years! These traditional activities are practiced by nudists of all ages, year after year, on the many nudist beaches of Eastern Europe. Our Candid-HD.com camera crew was invited for exclusive access to come along with a group of naturist girls who take part in these traditional naturist activities.

The girls enjoy good-natured traditional nudist activities under summer sunshine, on Europe's most beautiful naturist beach. First it's a walk along the nudist beach shoreline, followed by volleyball, and the nudist tradition of healthy mud application - believed to be good for the skin. Then, the nudist girls demonstrate the time-honored nudist practice of body painting, with metallic paints. Finally, they take part in a tradition passed on from mother to daughter in Ukrainian and Russian culture for hundreds of years - the making of beautiful flower crowns from hand-picked wildflowers. On a beautiful mountain setting overlooking the Black Sea, the girls pick wildflowers and then make traditional flower crowns.
