Workout 1: It's time for energy, fitness, aerobics, and nudist fun! A group of nudist girls start the morning with some relaxing stretches and yoga, led by a female nudist teacher. Then it's time to let out energy, with an invigorating session of aerobics and dance. Finally, the girls take over the entire gymnasium and enjoy hula hoops, ball toss, jump rope, table tennis, weight machines, and general nudist fun & games.

Workout 2: It's our 2nd teen nudist workout movie - the girls had so much fun the first time, they insisted on having a nudist workout again. A group of 14 girls participate in the workout this time. The girls start with some stretches and yoga, led by a female nudist teacher. Then it's time for aerobics and dance, with lots of energy and laughing.

After that, the group of 14 takes over the entire gymnasium and enjoys hula hoops, ball toss, jump rope, table tennis, weight machines, and general nudist fun & games. Finally, the girls travel to the nearby nudist beach for a dip in the sea to cool off and relax after the day's workout. There's lots of laughing, fun, music, and energy in this video. In Nudist Workout 3, the girls start with yoga, taught by a professional instructor. Then it's time for aerobics and dance, with lots of energy and laughter. After that, the group of girls takes over the entire gymnasium and enjoys hula hoops, ball toss, jump rope, table tennis, weight machines, and other nudist fun & games. In Nudist Workout 4, the group continues with the fitness machines, has some fun races and competitions in the gym, and finishes with funny dancing to a variety of music.

Workout 5: It's the 5th installment in our popular Nudist Workout series, with even more fun and energy! Join this large group of nudists of all ages for yoga, aerobics, exercise, dances, and lots of fun and laughter in the gymnasium. In this movie, the group starts with relaxing yoga. Then it's time for aerobics and dance, with lots of energy and laughter. There's a few minutes of graceful yoga for cool-down. After that, our nudists take over the entire gymnasium. They try all the weight machines, and play some games including hula hoops, ball toss, and Zongo Boingos - with a finale of very funny nudist limbo!

Workout 6: Join this large group of nudists for yoga, fitness, dancing, fun, and games at the gym! This energetic and fun group enjoys a day at the gym, starting with yoga, taught by a professional instructor. Then, it's time for energetic aerobics and very funny dancing. The fun-filled group takes over the gym with monkey in the middle and hot potato games, with lots of joy and laughter. The fun was infectious on this day, and we are sure you'll smile and laugh along with our nudist friends as you watch it. It was a truly fun and joyous day for everyone, captured in great HD quality.
