The group starts with some yoga and warm-up exercises on the beach, and then the crazy fun begins. The nudists play beach volleyball (with really huge beach balls), then they have a playful hula hoops competition. Finally, they jump for joy on the small trampoline - finishing by running, then jumping and flying through the air onto a water mattress! It's a bit of extreme fun for this group - and we guarantee you've never seen nudists catching such big air!
