Join this large group of female nudists for a day of fitness, swimming, fun, and games in the gym! This group of naturist Moms, daughters, and girlfriends met at the gym near Europe's largest nudist beach. In Part I, the girls begin with serene meditation, yoga, and stretching. Then it's time for dance aerobics, and just plain funny dancing, to popular music. For a relaxing cool-off, the girls take a dip in the nearby pool and take part in some team races as well.

In Part II, the group moves back in the gym for more dancing, and some fun Hawaiian limbo. Then there's even some extreme sporting: fencing with plastic shovels! Next, there's games including catch me if you can, and guess the name on my back. Finally, the group hits the showers to cool off after a very fun - and energetic - day. Everyone had lots of fun and laughs, and can't wait to meet again here next year. Shot in 50Mbps Ultra-HQ HD 1080p. Features footage from two camera angles.
