Then it's time to let out energy, with an invigorating session of aerobics and dance. Finally, the girls take over the entire gymnasium and enjoy hula hoops, ball toss, jump rope, table tennis, weight machines, and general nudist fun & games.

There's lots of laughing, fun, music, and energy in this video - so much so that the girls insisted on doing it again! Spoken dialog in Russian language.
