Workout 1: It's time for energy, fitness, aerobics, and nudist fun! A group of nudist girls start the morning with some relaxing stretches and yoga, led by a female nudist teacher. Then it's time to let out energy, with an invigorating session of aerobics and dance. Finally, the girls take over the entire gymnasium and enjoy hula hoops, ball toss, jump rope, table tennis, weight machines, and general nudist fun & games.

Workout 2: It's our 2nd teen nudist workout movie - the girls had so much fun the first time, they insisted on having a nudist workout again. A group of 14 girls participate in the workout this time. The girls start with some stretches and yoga, led by a female nudist teacher. Then it's time for aerobics and dance, with lots of energy and laughing.

After that, the group of 14 takes over the entire gymnasium and enjoys hula hoops, ball toss, jump rope, table tennis, weight machines, and general nudist fun & games. Finally, the girls travel to the nearby nudist beach for a dip in the sea to cool off and relax after the day's workout. There's lots of laughing, fun, music, and energy in this video.
